Regional Construction Manager
Randy Parks joined the TitanCorp team in 2022 as the Corporate Construction Manager. He focuses on construction projects, including disaster response such as fires, floods, and structural failures. He also oversees all interior renovations and works with property acquisition teams during the purchase and sell of properties.
Before joining TitanCorp, Parks worked on high rise condominium total renovations to planning and development of subdivisions for new construction homes. He also had the privilege to participate in some high-profile projects over the years, including the renovation of President Jimmy Carter’s boyhood home. Born and raised in downtown Atlanta, GA, he was introduced to the world of construction and began framing new construction homes. In his free time, Parks enjoys hiking, salt and fresh water fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
