Investment Analyst
As an Investment Analyst, Cole is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution on all multifamily investments nationwide. Prior to joining TitanCorp, Cole held roles at Zillow, Greystone, and Stream Realty Partners.
Cole began his career in real estate as a broker, and has been involved in the sourcing, negotiation, and closing of over $80 million of transactional value. During his tenure with Greystone, Cole was responsible for the management and compliance of a portfolio of over 30 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans worth more than $450 million. At Zillow, Cole was responsible for assisting in the distribution of over $75 million of capital into Single Family Residential assets, and working cross functionally with machine learning, engineering, sales, customer service, and broker partner teams.
Cole graduated from the Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate Finance. In his free time, Cole enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with his friends and families.
