We work with a 3rd party to provide a CRM – customer relationship management experience. When you chat or make an appointment online, you are scheduled through the CRM with a leasing consultant. The CRM helps the staff manage the appointment and follow up so no one gets lost in the shuffle!
We partner with Flex who can provide our residents with the ability to make flexible rent payments instead of having to come up with all the rent by a certain day of the month.
We partner with Leaselock so a prospective resident does not have to pay a large security deposit up front.
