Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a resident at a TitanCorp community (must be on the lease)
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent rental payment history

Application Process:
- Download and complete application form (don’t worry, only 2 pages)
- Sign The Titan Pledge
- Take application and signed Titan Pledge to the leasing office with documentation of trade school tuition costs
Once the required documents have been delivered to the leasing office, the team will review your application and verify residency. If you meet all requirements, your application will be sent to TitanCorp for final review. Good luck!
