Regional Director
Brenda Garza, born and raised in Mexico, joined the TitanCorp team back in 2015. She graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. Brenda brings 12 years of experience successfully managing properties. During her tenure, she has held various operational and management roles including Associate Community Director, Community Director for other management companies such as The Worthing Companies and Pegasus Residential. Her current role as Regional Director for our company is to supervise multiple communities, and is responsible for overseeing our Atlanta portfolio reviewing accounts payable, financial reporting, market analysis, promotional efforts, and for budget preparation of these assets.
During her free time, she enjoys exploring fun activities with her daughter and spending quality time with her friends.
