Regional Director
Heather serves as a Regional Director for TitanCorp since October 2020. In this role, Heather is responsible for the operational and financial performance for properties located in Florida and Colorado. Her duties include providing leadership to Property Managers and staff, driving operational performance, and delivering insights to asset managers and senior management. Heather has been active in the multifamily property management industry for over 25 years. She has a wide range of experience including conventional, value-add, new development and student housing. She has provided successful leadership for owner managed properties as well as third-party management. Prior employers include Brookside Properties, US Residential, Waypoint, and Lincoln properties.
Heather has lived in Sarasota, FL for over 20 years where she raises her beautiful twin daughters. She enjoys spending the weekends on the beach and shell collecting.
