Chief Investment Officer
Brett Richards serves as Chief Investment Officer for TitanCorp. In this role, he oversees investment strategy, asset management and fund management platforms, along with developing capital partner relationships.
Brett brings 20 years of experience working across multiple segments and markets within the multifamily industry. He has led in the completion $17 billion in individual multifamily transactions and asset management oversight of more than 120,000 units across the nation.
Prior to joining TitanCorp, he held leadership roles at Carroll Organization as Chief Investment Officer, LivCor LLC as Senior Vice President of Transactions and Equity Residential as Vice President of Investments.
In his personal time, Brett enjoys playing golf, scuba diving and spending time with his wife Jacqueline and three girls Scarlett, Ella and Sabrina.
Mr. Richards is a graduate of Florida State University where he received a BS in Real Estate. He is also an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and a former board member of NMHC Emerging Leaders.
