Eddie Caskey joined Eos in 2013 as the Controller. Prior to joining Eos, Eddie was a Property Controller with the Carroll Group in Atlanta for 7 years, overseeing all financial matters for a portfolio of multifamily assets. Previously he served as a Project Manager working on land acquisitions and development for RealtiCorp in Greenville, SC. Prior to RealtiCorp, he was Vice President of Property Accounting, then Vice President of Investment Banking for Insignia Financial Group. He began his career at US Shelter Properties in Greenville, which was acquired by Insignia Financial Group. Eddie graduated from Furman University with a BA in Business and Economics.
