As the Managing Partner for Titan Real Estate Investment Group (Titan) and Eos Real Estate Management Group (Eos), Mr. Tabor has the responsibility for identifying, structuring and overseeing all multi-family investments from underwriting, acquisition through asset management and disposition.
Prior to Titan and Eos, Mr. Tabor was a Managing Director for Insignia Financial Group and the senior acquisition person responsible for identifying, structuring and overseeing joint venture multi-family investment opportunities in the United States.
Since 1998, Mr. Tabor has overseen the underwriting, due diligence, acquisition and disposition of $1.8 billion in multi-family real estate. As an alumnus of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, Mr. Tabor spent five years in public accounting before beginning his 29-year career in real estate as a controller then asset/acquisitions manager and finally starting Titan in 2003 and Eos in 2009.
Mr. Tabor received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Texas A&M University.
