VP of Capital and Construction
Preston Henderson, VP Capital & Construction, oversees major renovation and capital projects throughout the portfolio. He is responsible for approval process on high dollar construction projects, R&M proposals, and service contracts. Preston also oversees contracted work through completion and approval of payment. He previously worked in the industrial manufacturing field in production, maintenance and management for over 13 years. In his spare time, he enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, walking the beltline with his dog and spending time with family.
