Director of Investments
As Director of Investments, Amyn is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, overseeing the acquisition process, developing capital partner relationships, and assisting with the current portfolio of multifamily assets. Amyn’s diverse background includes on-site management, property operations, asset management, construction management, acquisitions, and dispositions. In his time at Titan, Amyn has transacted on over 19,000 units with a total capitalization of over $3.3 billion. Prior to his current role, Amyn additionally oversaw the construction management with successful execution of $100M in exterior and interior renovations across the country. Born and raised in Atlanta, Amyn graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and holds real estate licenses in Illinois, Florida, Georgia, and Colorado. Amyn enjoys traveling, staying active, and watching all of Georgia sports.
